Who we are

SDLC Experts is operated by Noam Gherson, based in Israel. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@sdlc-experts.com.

What we collect and why

• Demo bookings. When you book a demo, our scheduling provider, Cal.com, collects your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form. We use it to hold the meeting and follow up about it. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
• Emails and messages. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation to reply and to keep a record of our business contacts. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Website hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address for security and to operate the service.

When you click to book a demo, the site opens Cal.com's booking calendar in a pop-up, so Cal.com receives your IP address and the details you enter. Until you click, the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. If that changes, for example to measure which ads lead to bookings, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this page.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: Cal.com (scheduling), Zoho (email), GitHub (hosting) and, if you contact us there, WhatsApp. Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to follow up and run our business relationship, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@sdlc-experts.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
